These hiking shoes are durable and are absolutely cute. The right amount of girlie attitude! Even though I have not worn them hiking because I am breaking them in, they seem to be worth it. I bought a pair of Merrell mid-hikers 6 years ago and have finally retired them, so they fit great. These hikers are slightly large, but that gives plenty of toe room without the slide. Nice high arch support for those with needed arch additional support. The other pair of Merrell's I mentioned were the most comfortable hiking shoes I have ever had. I would recommend.
