I usually wear a US men's size 13 Medium, and had to go up to a 14 Medium in this boot. Guide Gear's footwear seems to run a little small, and especially with a hiking boot you will probably want the toe room so you don't smash your toes while making descents and so forth. That said, these boots are extremely nice. The Vibram soles provide a wide, sure footprint. The speedlace eyelets are well made and will not bend from use. The gusseted tongue is comfy. The boots look cool with a nice dark brown that looks better in person than in the photo. There is a break-in period -- for me, these boots rub at the ankle and I am still breaking them in after a week. I will update how that goes. But I think these are possibly Guide Gear's best boots. I would definitely recommend them if they are on sale.Great shoe for money. Good soul.
